Precision instrument designed for electricity meter clock verification with high-stability time base and GPS synchronization.

High-stability OCXO time base; frequency accuracy ≤ 4*10^-7
GPS time sync and correction via Ethernet (second-level synchronization)
7 selectable standard outputs: 0.5 Hz / 1 Hz / 100 kHz / 500 kHz / 625 kHz / 1 MHz / 2 MHz
Pulse input measurement: 0.1 Hz-1 MHz, with automatic daily time error calculation
1.3" OLED display, simple keypad, remembers last output frequency
